OperionX is the digital reframing of 20+ years of hands-on experience in the German automotive industry. We take what actually works on the line — measurement, Q-gates, FMEA — and pair it with AI-supported coordination and real-time reporting for the next generation of industrial workforce.

We come from the shop floor, not the sales office.

OperionX was founded by a measurement technician and Q-gate specialist with 20+ years on the lines of German OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers — from calibration and FMEA moderation to CAQ programming in Calypso, Hexagon and GOM.

We know what works on the line and what only works in PowerPoint.

That experience now sits inside a new structure:
