A plant relocation is not a move — it is a continuity project. OperionX coordinates dismantling, transport, reassembly and commissioning of production lines and individual machines, with minimum production loss.
We run the project from inventory and risk analysis to ramp-up validation. Relocation inside Germany or cross-border — including customs, oversize transport and heavy-lift logistics. Every step is documented with photo and dimension protocols; tolerances are measured before and after transport.
